Recovery Policy & Procedure
Students can do recovery for tests and quizzes. Recovery is NOT available for classwork as students have the opportunity to use their notes AND ask for help from myself and peers during all class assignments.

What is the purpose of recovery?
Recovery and assessment corrections are designed to help a student understand a skill they did not show mastery on. When students attend a help session, it gives us an opportunity to work one-on-one to correct misconceptions. For this reason, students must attend a help session to do corrections on any math assessment. They cannot be completed at home.
If students complete the above, they can earn up to half-their points back for all the problems that they redo correctly.

- Coming in for a help session
- Completing error analysis on their assessment (identifying if errors are computational, problem solving, or careless)
- Reworking the missed problems
