Homework Policy & Procedures
Students are assigned homework most nights, Monday through Thursday.
Homework that says "Complete WS" on the board is generally unfinished classwork. If this assignment is taken for a grade, it will count as classwork.
Homework from thatquiz (most assignments) are entered as an average of 5 assignments. Students are given 10 participation points daily to account for accidental skipped problems, accidentally typing an incorrect answer, or misconceptions. If your score is below a 70, this usually indicates that you did not complete all the assignments for that time frame.
Assignments are left open until the end of the unit. This way, students who are absent have a chance to complete their work or students who may have not understood the first time have a chance to complete it once they have a better understanding of the material.
